The model BST1-9CR, showed in this leaflet, is designed for emptying of sewer system/cesspools in cities as well as homes, companies or wherever there is a need. Equipped with water flushing for cleaning of the sewer-network and all type of pools. Characteristic of this model is compact design, powerful superstructure, simple and dependable equipment and easy for the operator to handle.

Chassis:
Volvo FL6 4x2. 4000 mm wheelbase.
6-cylinder diesel Volvo D6B, 220 hp.
6-speed gear-box. Pneumatic suspension. Disc brakes with ABS.
Air-conditioning.

Sludge tank:
Volume approx. 9500 liters. Max. pressure: 1.0 bar. Max. vacuum: 100% (fully theoretical vacuum). Tank constructed of stainless pressure vessel steel.
Cleaning hatch at rear that can be opened hydraulically. 1 welded baffle plate in the tank.

Water tank:
Volume approx. 400 liters. Non-pressurized tank.
Level gauge on the tank.
Pipe system: 4” bottom outlet valve,
3” suction valve.

Vacuum pump:
JUROP PNR 122 HDR.
Max. pressure: 1.0 bar.
Max. vacuum: 92%.
Capacity: Freely discharged air flow: 12200 liters/min.
At 60% vacuum: 11200 liters/min. Liquid separator included. The compressor is hydraulically driven.

Water pump:
Pratissoli EKL 32.
Capacity: 70 liters/min. Max. pressure: 130 bars. The water pump is hydraulically driven. Mounted in a cabinet, complete with water filter and draining device.

Flushing hose drum:
Mounted on rear of tank. Hydraulically driven. Capacity: 60 m of 1/2" high quality flushing hose. Flushing jet and flushing nozzles included.

Hose storage drum: Hydraulically driven. Capacity: 30 m of 3” suction hose, including couplings. Aluminum suction pipe is included.

Hose storage:
2 stainless hose boxes mounted on right/left side of tank.

Tool cabinet:
2 stainless tool cabinets mounted on right/left side in front of tank. With lock.

Control cabinet:
1 control cabinet in stainless steel for controlling all functions. With lock.

Lighting:
2 work lights, 2 rotary warning lights, 2 reversing lights. Reversing warning device with distinct buzzer function. All other lighting conforming to EU standard. All work light functions can be controlled from the cab.

Mudguards: Rubber mudguards over driving wheels.

Tow coupling: Tow bolt.

Under-running guard:
Side guard and under running bar at the rear conforming to EU standard.
